Our Wednesday Wellness for the win show cases Mike. He loves plants and gardening. Not only does he love all kinds of house plants, he does an amazing job of growing his own peppers. Cold weather doesn’t stop him.

We celebrated Wellness Wednesday with our annual resident Christmas party. We had several special visitors and nobody ended up with coal in their stockings. Merry Christmas Eve. We couldn’t make this happen without all of you.

We have had several people reach out and ask about our residents and what they may need. All have been adopted for Christmas and we are so grateful. If you are looking for another way to support them, many of them have bird feeders and we can always use bird seed this time of year especially. Thank you for thinking of us.

Oh did we laugh today! We decided on a photo both with silly hats and props. We just enjoyed an egg nog social and wrapped it up with lots of laughter. Merry Christmas everyone.

We would like to thank our friends at Family Dollar and the community that supported them. They brought in many, many gifts today for Christmas for our residents. Wow!!! How thoughtful. We appreciate you so much.

Emotional wellness for the win. Today we enjoyed Hot Apple Cider. We even turned it into a mobile beverage bar to take it to rooms. We brought back many memories and made new ones too.
