OSF Healthcare Kleine Pediatric Wellness Center provided Hands-Only CPR and AED training to over 100 students at Galesburg High School. Hands-Only or Bystander CPR (no mouth-to-mouth) is proven to be just as effective as conventional CPR. Students learn what steps to take when someone is suffering from cardiac arrest as well as how to do compressions and use an AED. CPR mannequins and AED trainers help the students get a feel for how to do compressions accurately and how easy it is to use an AED. We are thankful for our partnership with Galesburg CUSD 205 and their commitment to providing these opportunities to their students.

Rhylyne joined the OSF family in April 2025 and has already made a meaningful impact through her dedication to learning, teamwork and patient care.
💜 Favorite part of her job:
She loves the many learning opportunities that will support her future in nursing school, the honor of making a difference in her patients’ lives and working alongside her incredible team on 4 South (400 Unit).
