☕️ Soft Start Challenge ☕️

So many of us start our New Year out hard… being tough on ourselves, making lofty goals, and at times, that can land us in a negative headspace as we start a new year. This year, we invite you to “Start Soft” and win some prizes while you participate!

Details:
-We start 1/5- to give you time to settle into the year intentionally.
-Printed Calendars for January, February and March will be mailed to you after purchasing one of the Bundles below.
-Each week, you will be required to complete 1 Movement, 1 Mindfulness, and 1 Rest based activity. Check off on your calendar. We will provide a list of ideas for these categories to get you started!
-Each Month, you will increase your goal in one category (2 Rest based activities in a week, for example)
-Turn in your calendars at the end of each month for a chance at a prize drawing! (Hints- books, soft cozy things, warm drinks, gift cards….)

We hope this self driven challenge eases you into 2026 & helps you discover healthy habits and maybe some activities you didn’t know you loved!
