💜 November is Hospice and Palliative Care Month 💜

At Avita Home Health and Hospice, each new hospice patient receives a comfort bag filled with little essentials that may be needed during their care — and one very special blanket. 🕊️

These blankets are lovingly handmade by some incredibly talented ladies who crochet each one with care, warmth, and compassion. 💗

In honor of Hospice and Palliative Care Month, and as we celebrate 35 years of providing hospice care (and 40 years of home health care!), we’re hosting a Blanket & Yarn Drive!

If you have extra yarn laying around, or if you enjoy crocheting and want to share your talent, we’d love your help or you can donate a new blanket. Every blanket brings comfort, love, and a sense of peace to those who need it most.

🧶 Donations can be dropped off at Avita Home Health and Hospice throughout the month of November.
