There is no question that the crews from the Gallatin Department of Electricity, Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation, Nashville Electric Service, and the Gallatin City Government Public Works crews have put in a lot of hard work this week. Our community of Gallatin really shows its true colors of connection and community in times like these. These crews have worked overtime to make sure our community was not only safe, but had power restored to the majority of its residents and businesses in what felt like record time.

Please join us in showing gratitude to these men and women for their selfless work in the bitter cold weather to take care of our community.

The Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce will be accepting gift cards at our office during the week of February 2, 2026, to February 6, 2026, to be distributed to the local linemen and public works teams. Business partners, we’ll be able to accept checks as well.
