Introducing the newest member of the Capstone Brand now under construction in Gallatin, Tennessee with a projected opening for new senior residents in early 2021 -- The Capstone at Station Camp | Senior Living. Located in Sumner County near the intersection of Nashville Pike Highway / US 31E and Cages Bend Road. Capstone is a premium dream come to life for the joint-venture teams of Hunt Midwest in Kansas City and Integral Senior Living based in Carlsbad, California. A survey of the communities of Sumner County, Tennessee led these two teams to select the Station Camp Region as the site of next luxury senior living community to cater to very discerning seniors and their families.

Make no mistake, no stone has been unturned in the quest to design, build, accessorize, equip and staff the very best senior living community in this region --- bringing best-in-class apartment sizes and amenities; a best-in-class culinary and dining experience; best-in-class daily lifestyles; and best-in-class professional associates to care for our residents. From our signature ELEVATE -- our own Enhanced Culinary Experience to our VIBRANT LIFE program including its seven core components designed to foster the overall well-being of our discerning seniors -- we’ve designed an environment and culture that makes no apologies for providing an exceptional and premium experience for those that deserve it and who’ve earned the honor to be served.

The Capstone at Station Camp will offer services for both Assisted Living Residents as well as our Generations Memory Care Community. The Assisted Living Community on campus will include Studio, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Apartments. Our most popular One Bedroom Apartments will range in size from 560 square feet up to nearly 700 square feet and include high end amenities and surfaces. Our Studio Apartments will start at $3950 per month (which of course includes three daily amazing meals, utilities, weekly laundry services and housekeeping services, transportation services, concierge services, 24-hour Assistance, and much more). We are a Pet-Friendly campus with a Pooch Park on the west side of campus. Several of our apartments will have direct patio access to our Creekside Courtyard on the north side of campus. The community will also have a Lifestyle Fitness Center; Town Center Theatre Room; a Vibrant Life Activity Center; Private Dining Room; Main Dining Room; Bistro Dining Room; Great Room; Fireside Gathering Room; and much more including outdoor entertainment spaces.
