Thomas Joseph Coulter

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Thomas Joseph Coulter, who departed this life on April 26, 2026, in Gallatin, Tennessee. Born on August 1, 1974, Thomas lived a life marked by quiet strength and enduring kindness, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Born on February 20, 1957, in Portland, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Henry Marvin Phillps and Jeanette Collier Phillips. Ann lived a life filled with love, dedication, and kindness, touching the hearts of all who knew her.

Ann found delight in spending time with them and cherished every moment of their shared memories. She was also an avid enthusiast of car shows, where she appreciated the beauty and craftsmanship of cars and motorcycles. A faithful member of her community, she attended Rocky Creek Baptist Church and, more recently, Wolf Hill Baptist Church, finding strength and fellowship in her faith.

Although he will be deeply missed, his family takes peace in that one day they will be reunited.
