I have loved teaching you yoga on the square for the last 5 years and teaching people all around Nashville for the last 10. But my teaching time here is coming to a close. My last class here will be June 27th. So you have about 6 more weeks to come take a class with me. I’d love to see some regulars and familiar faces in the studio and practice with you before I leave.

Classes will continue in our space in July taught by and I’ll post their schedule and how to register for classes soon!

Sometimes we all need a gentle reminder that what we do and offer matters. Ever since I had to close the studio and began teaching a few classes a week solo I have struggled with if I should continue to do it. Class numbers aren’t great and sometimes I pay out of my own pocket just to go in and teach. But right when I think it might be time to call it one of my students brings me this. There is someone out there grateful for what you do.
