If you’re bottle feeding pumped milk or formula, try paced feeding 🍼

✔️ Keep baby upright
✔️ Let them draw the ni**le in
✔️ Tip bottle just enough to fill the ni**le
✔️ Follow a “suck, suck, swallow, pause” rhythm

This helps prevent overfeeding and mimics breastfeeding flow.

Feeding isn’t just about ounces — it’s about connection 💕

Wondering if baby is getting enough in those early days? 🍼

Here’s what we look for:

✔️ At least 8 feeds in 24 hours
✔️ Wet diapers increasing daily
✔️ Stool changing from dark to yellow
✔️ Weight gain starting around day 4
✔️ Regain birth weight by 10–14 days

The first few days are about frequent feeding, tiny tummies, and transition.

If you’re unsure — reach out. You never have to guess alone 💛

Struggling with latch? Try the 4 T’s 🤱

✔️ Turn them in
✔️ Tug them toward their feet
✔️ Tuck their bottom in
✔️ (Able to) Tip their head back

Good positioning can make a HUGE difference in comfort and milk transfer.

If it hurts beyond the first few seconds, something may need adjusted — and you deserve support. 💛

May your coffee be strong, your baby naps be long, and your milk supply be flowing like a lucky little river 💚🍼

If you’re cluster feeding today, just tell everyone you’re “chasing the gold” at the end of the rainbow 🌈✨

Watching slow drips while pumping can be SO frustrating 😩

Try this little trick: cover the bottle with a sock 🧦

Sometimes staring at the ounces makes us tense — and tension can slow let-down. Covering it up can help you relax and let the oxytocin flow.

You are not your pump output. Read that again. 💛

Ever wonder what’s actually happening during let-down? 🧠💧

When baby (or the pump!) stimulates the ni**le, your brain releases oxytocin — that’s what causes milk to go from dripping to flowing.

Signs of let-down:
✨ Baby starts actively swallowing
✨ You see milk spraying with the pump
✨ Tingling or fullness

Your body knows what it’s doing. 💕

Freezing milk? Think BRICKS. 🧊🍼
✔️ Remove the air
✔️ Freeze flat
✔️ Store upright in a gallon bag

Freezing flat saves space and makes it easy to stack milk like little dairy files 📁✨
Pro tip: Label with date and ounces before freezing so you’re not guessing later.
You’re doing amazing, mama 💛
