I'm going to take a little time for introspection and rest through the holiday. (No class Dec 23rd)

We will reconnect just in time for the new calender year!

Our Refit class will be taking a break for the holiday season. There will be no Refit class on the 22nd and 29th of December. The class will resume back to its normal schedule beginning Saturday January 3rd (1/3/26).

Linda will be hosting an iRest Yoga Nidra class at The Holzer Wellness Center on December 13 from 2:30-3:15.

During these 45 minutes, I will guide you into a meditation where you can connect with your body (regulation) and tap into your confident self- exploring and leaving behind any expectations placed by yourself or others.

Walk into the holidays lighter- excited for creating memories without all the stress the season sometimes brings.

Notes about class:

Donation based.
Mats provided.
Clearing your mind- not required.
This is not an asana (poses) flow class.
