Clients....as required by the state medical board...

-I will be wearing a mask and apron. You are welcome to wear a mask, but I won’t require it.
-You will need to sanitize your hands when you come in, I’ll have sanitizer available for you.
-You will have to fill out a consent/liability form when you come in.
