Make and Take: Tactile Graphics for Students with Visual Impairments
November 6th | 1:00-3:00 PM

A hands-on session designed for educators who support students with visual impairments. Participants will explore the purpose and principles of tactile graphics, gain familiarity with a range of tools and materials and create ready-to-use tactile learning aids. Attendees will leave with the skills to create more tactile graphics in their own settings.

The last, but certainly not least, DSP of the Year Nominee is Brenda Laudermilt! Brenda works well with everyone and creates an environment that is warm and welcoming. She encourages individuals to meet their full potential in all aspects of their lives and builds a bond of trust with open and honest communication. 👩‍💻IT'S MY TURN- Online learning course

Students are welcome to participate in a virtual version of the It's My Turn transition training at their convenience. Many students may want to access this program independently with the built-in accommodations and others may want to also include their own personal support.

He has a caring heart and is full of life that is expressed in his daily work. Josh becomes friends with everyone he meets and loves spending time in the community with clients.
