Get your crayons, pencils, markers and computers ready! This year we are hosting a design competition for the annual DD Awareness t-shirts!

Submissions can be emailed to ljohnson@galliadd.com
All designs will be posted to our social media for voting with the winner announced on 1/20.

The winning design will be the 2026 DD Awareness shirts for Gallia County!

Designs must be created by individuals that receive services from GCBDD.

Guiding Hand School is on a 2-Hour Delay tomorrow, December 16th. Debbie’s bus will not run, but students can be dropped off from 11:00-11:15AM and will then need picked up by 2:45PM

GCBDD Administrative Offices will operate on normal schedule.

Guiding Hand School is CLOSED tomorrow, Monday, December 15th.

GCBDD Administrative offices will operate on a 2 hour delay and open at 10:00 AM.

Thank you Dr. Samuel L. Bossard Memorial Library, your collaboration is appreciated!

Bossard Memorial Library recently provided adult coloring books and colored pencil sets to representatives of the Gallia County Board of Developmental Disabilities to distribute to their clients during the winter months. We wanted to send a HUGE shoutout of Thanks to Fiber Network Resources and the Boyd family for their generous donation of shelf-stable food items. Your generosity will go a long way to helping support GCBDD families!

We will continue taking donations until SNAP benefits are fully restored. Donations can be dropped off in the front office during normal business hours.
