We are powerful beyond measure ⚡️
We dont actually fear our darkness or inadequacy but rather the light of our full radiance.
How dare we be courageous? How dare we be talented? How dare we be brilliant?
Somewhere along the way we became conditioned to shrink ourselves. To shun our greatness and be frightened by our Wholeness.
What would our world look like it we allowed ourselves to be seen and experienced? Better yet, what would it feel like?
We werent meant to tip toe through this Life. We came to explore all the facets of being human. Deep embodiment. Joy. Pleasure. Play. Sorrow. Grief. Presence. Growth. Spirit. Adventure. Rest. Socializing. Creativity. Curiosity. Movement. Intelligence. Community. Belonging. Purpose...
I know conditioning of our society can feel oppressive. The political, economical, enviromental landscapes, exhausting... hope can feel hard to find at times. But it is always there and the inner work with yourself can shift the external world immensely.
Choosing to live boldly, embodied, and expressed is a direct act of resistance against those trying to control us and our energy.
When we liberate ourselves from the fear of being seen and moving in a way thats best for us, our lives bloom. Our worlds expand. This growth supports the betterment of all...
The compass ~ is the emotions. When life offers you new experiences, and you feel that rise of energy ~ listen. Excitement and joy is a Go! Allow yourself to try something different.. to say yes, especially even when fear shows up with a No. But also use discernment of where you share your energy...if an experience, opportunity, or person comes into your field and you feel a sense of tightness or anxiety .. that is the body communicating to you ~ the energy doesnt align with your path.
Either way you move, Be there fully ~ that will expand your sense of self and align you with others and experiences that nuture your Soul and the work it came here to do.
That Presence alone, liberates others as well.
We all came here to be free. To feel. To love and be loved.
The World is shifting so fast. The darkness will always be present, but more than ever we need those in Light to step forward, to show up boldy. That means everyone, because we all carry this energy. We all came here with a unique energetic signature meant to be emanated into the World. All we need to navigate this life, is in and through the body.
If youre needing a green light, a little nudge, a reminder... this is it.
Live boldly. Speak your truth. Share your wisdom. Your presence. Your medicine.
The world needs it more than ever.
Im so grateful we are all here together.
This body is a gift ~ doing a magnificent job holding all this Light as we move through this Wild Life. And I am loving this season of Self and all that is flowing through ❤️🔥🌀🪽⚡️
