Telehealth appointments will be available.  Please contact our office to convert your appointment to telehealth if you do not feel safe traveling.

We want to make a post to clarify, we are NOT closing. Due to the ever changing world of healthcare we are exploring options including downsizing as our building is much larger than needed since it’s essentially two clinics in one. If any Changes are made we will notify patients and the community. Otherwise we are business as usual and look forward to continuing to provide healthcare to our community. As we enter cold and flu season remember we are open to walk-ins Monday-Friday 9 to 5.
