Employee Spotlight✨

Meet Sharell, Assisted Living Concierge! She’s been part of our community for almost a year, and her favorite part of working here is our residents. She describes them as sweet, VERY funny, and endlessly entertaining. She loves hearing their stories, their history, and the life experiences that make each of them who they are.

Outside of work, Sharell is nonstop. She’s a busy mom of four... cheering from the sidelines as a football, basketball, and gymnastics mom, coaching track, and serving as her family’s personal chef. She loves taking her kids on new adventures and exploring new places together.

Sharell is passionate about her residents and treats them like family, giving them the same care and kindness she’d want for her own loved ones.

Fun fact: She was a gymnast and can still hold a handstand longer than all four kids and her husband!

If she had a superpower: She’d clone herself so she could be there for everyone who needs her.

We’re so lucky to have Sharell on our team! 🌟

The guys jumped right in like they’ve been meeting for years. Lots of laughs, good energy, and great company. A big thank-you to Mike from BAYADA Home Health Care, who led the group and brought lunch🙏🏻

Today, our community is filled with stories... quiet memories shared over morning coffee, photos passed gently from one hand to another, and moments of reflection that remind us just how much courage can fit inside a single lifetime.

We’re deeply honored to have veterans among us here at Spring Home. Men and women who wore the uniform, faced the unknown, and came home to build lives filled with love, family, and purpose. Their service is woven into who they are, and it’s a privilege to care for them, laugh with them, and learn from them every day.

To our residents who served... and to all veterans everywhere, we thank you. Your sacrifices shaped the world we live in, and your stories continue to guide us toward gratitude, compassion, and peace. ❤️
