So one of my friends is going through something and in my search to find just thing that may help, I came across my Hinoki oil.

I remember when I decided to take my self care into my own hands. It was important to me that I reconnected with my inner spirituality or myself again.

After researching an entire encyclopedia of oils, their benefits and value to my well being.

This beautiful oil was the very first must have purchase I made. I used it religiously. Funny how the smell now gives me a sense of comfort.

Let’s talk Vitality by Young Living…

Have you been in a store to buy spices lately??? They are virtually non-existent. The shelves are pretty empty. A month ago, I couldn’t find nutmeg anywhere. I was like, who needs it, my oils are way better.

Here in the pic, instead of updating my spice closet with store bought flakes and seeds, I used coriander, fennel, carrot seed, black pepper and cumin vitality oils to season my cabbage soup.

What’s your favorite recipe? Have you ditched your spice cabinet and switched to non-expiring REAL spices?
