Our New Jersey team recently introduced the Carnation Legacy Award, a new employee recognition program started this year to honor nurses whose dedication has made a meaningful impact.

February’s recipient is Jane Sullivan, RN, whose nursing journey reflects a deep commitment to care, and being a steady presence for others across many settings, including pediatric home nursing. Her perspective, experience, and compassion continue to shape the care she provides and the relationships she builds.

Jane reminds us that nursing is more than a career. It’s a lifelong calling shaped by listening, learning, and showing up for those who need care most. We’re proud to recognize her and grateful for the impact she continues to make. 🩺

👻HAPPY HALLOWEEN👻
Here are a couple things to think about to provide the most safety for little ones this Halloween:

-Use reflective tape or provide kids with glowsticks to increase visibility when trick or treating
-Make sure a responsible adult accompanies young children
-Teach children to never enter a stranger’s home or car
-As a driver be vigilant and slow down on Halloween night
