We are excited to introduce Hailey Hardy, the Marketing Liaison for Gardens at Kewanee, Villas at Kewanee, and Villas at Galva. Hailey joined our team in June 2025 and brings 13 years of experience in senior care and healthcare. Hailey’s passion for this field comes from her desire to help people during important life transitions. After going through the process of finding the right care for her own father, she understands how important it is for families to receive clear information, compassion, and support when making decisions about their loved ones. In her role, Hailey works closely with referral partners and families to help them understand what each of our communities offers and determine the best fit for their needs. She coordinates tours, answers questions, and focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with families and healthcare partners. One of Hailey’s favorite parts of her job is getting to know the residents and hearing their life stories. She believes what truly sets our communities apart is the genuine sense of home and the commitment our teams have to treating every resident with dignity and respect. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting her dad, and being outdoors fishing, hiking, boating, and kayaking. She also loves attending concerts and is a big fan of 80s rock and roll music. One fun fact about Hailey is that she absolutely cannot stand bugs of any kind. We’re grateful to have Hailey as part of our team and appreciate the care and dedication she brings to our communities every day.
