It's just as important for your mental wellbeing as it is for your physical health. Let me also tell you it helps reduce stress and anxiety (yes, please! 🙋).

I try to add some movement to my routine as often as I can, even when I have limited free time. Turn on your favorite playlist and dance in the mirror while you’re brushing your teeth. Do some stretches during a midday break. Take a walk around the block for a breath of fresh air
after work.

experience -- wring it out really well.

Allow yourself to feel joy in those wins, no matter how small they are. You deserve to enjoy every drop of that goodness, even in tough times.
