Surrounded by twinkling smiles, strong little warriors, and the most dedicated NICU team, the spirit of the season shines bright at UTMB Galveston. These babies may be small, but their strength and the love around them is mighty.

Santa Claus🎅🏽 is coming to town!!! Santaaaaa!!! We know him!!! 🤩🥰😁 Santa made a special visit to the children in our hospital ahead of Christmas to deliver some✨extra encouragement✨!!! 💖 Our UTMB Campus Police team were on-site as his amazing holiday helpers☺️👮🏽🚔💙
