Slow breathing is known to reduce stress and anxiety among other things. The next time you recognize the need to slow down, try out "4-7-8" breathing. Inhale through your nose for four counts, then hold that breath for seven counts, then exhale through your mouth (slowly) for eight counts. 🌿
