Balloon Games are perfect for our elderly residents. We blend light exercise with social engagement … so while we are encouraging gentle exercise, we are also helping to improve hand-eye coordination.

Arcadia is a family-owned and operated business with 6 (soon to be 7!) locations. We strive to do our best for our residents and our staff. Our homes have between 16-20 residents, which allows us to provide the best care possible. Arcadia is a growing company with lots of room for career advancement.

We are seeking two full-time Maintenance Assistants, one for our locations on the Eastern Shore & the other for our Crofton & Davidsonville homes. The Davidsonville location will be opening soon. These individuals will perform maintenance, custodial, and housekeeping tasks at Arcadia to keep our houses safe & inviting for residents, staff, and visitors.

Our residents LOVE art in any form. We have found that painting can be a useful tool to stimulate and energize the mind. Thank you to our amazing staff at Arcadia of Crofton for sparking our residents’ inner artist by encouraging them to express their creativity on canvas.
