Meditations for Spring | Ajara Meditations
This guided meditation is part of the Meditations for Spring collection within Ajara Meditations, created to support presence, reflection, and clarity during times of seasonal and personal transition.
Inspired by and adapted from Ajara Yoga’s class series, Emerging into Spring, these practices explore the space between what has been and what is beginning—offering a gentle approach to reflection, release, and renewal.
These meditations are rooted in the teachings of yoga and are designed to help settle the body, quiet the mind, and develop deeper awareness through breath, stillness, and gentle attention.
This meditation may be practiced seated, lying down, or in any comfortable position where the body can relax without strain.
