The Corporate Source provides jobs to people with disabilities across NY, NJ and the Caribbean

The Corporate Source (TCS) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the employment of people with disabilities and providing services leading to independence and fulfillment. Established in 1996, TCS provides people with disabilities with well-paying secure jobs throughout New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. A step in the right direction. In January 2026, the unemployment rate for people with disabilities fell to 8.7%, signaling continued progress toward greater workforce inclusion. There is still work ahead, but momentum matters. Together, we can continue building a more inclusive workforce.
