The Corporate Source (TCS) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the employment of people with disabilities and providing services leading to independence and fulfillment. Established in 1996, TCS provides people with disabilities with well-paying secure jobs throughout New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Throughout October, our teams came together to celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month with a series of luncheons honoring our incredible employees. Each gathering was a meaningful reminder of the talent, dedication, and impact that people with disabilities bring to the workplace every day. 💙✨

We also took time to recognize milestone anniversaries for many of our team members, including some celebrating up to 30 years with The Corporate Source. Their years of hard work, growth, and commitment continue to inspire us all.

Meet our Vocational Rehabilitation Services Team!

The Vocational Rehabilitation Services Team is dedicated to empowering employees with disabilities to reach their full potential in the workplace.

They provide valuable services like job coaching, career exploration, soft skills training, and benefits advisement to TCS team members and individuals referred through ACCES-VR (Adult Career and Continuing Education Services–Vocational Rehabilitation), a program of the New York State Education Department. The team also works closely with TCS managers and supervisors to ensure employees have the resources, tools, and accommodations they need to thrive in their roles. By addressing challenges directly in the workplace and maintaining open communication, they help every employee feel supported to perform at their best.

“Vocational Services are truly what set us apart at TCS,” says Katie Baudier, Director of Vocational Rehabilitation Services. “By providing employment services and support, we’re able to help our team members achieve long-term success.”

The Vocational Rehabilitation Services team brings passion and expertise to everything they do. Their work not only helps employees grow but also fosters a supportive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. 💼💙
