🎉It’s been 1 incredible year since the grand opening at our new location! Thank you for such a wonderful year and all of your support! 🧡If we haven’t met yet, allow me to introduce myself so you can understand my WHY: ➡️ My name is Jessica Cabral and Align is my story…
This has been a dream of mine since I was 6 years old and I can honestly say that Align is a product of everything I have learned and experienced since I can remember.
🔸Learning about the body has always been a passion of mine since I was young. Whether it was learning exercises from fitness magazines or memorizing anatomy in school…throughout the years I have found joy in learning & educating others about the body and how to make whole-body wellness a lifestyle.
🔸I graduated college in 2013 with a Health Science and Physical Therapy degree and professionally practiced physical therapy for 13 years. I continued to pursue my love for learning about the body by accumulating 200+ hours of continued education focused on physical health, instructing fitness and went back to school to acquire my Esthetician License in 2021.
🔸Over the years I have discovered that true health is reflected by 3 main elements that work together as one…the mind, body, and skin because how we feel on the inside is reflected on the outside. So with my esthetician license, physical therapy experience, and health fitness background, I created a place where you can Align yourself from the inside out… MIND•BODY•SKIN 💜
