For overall good health during this time, please follow these recommendations:

NO TESTING NEEDED, unless you have symptoms (usually fever+cough with possible shortness of breath).

1. Wash your hands regularly and avoid touching your face.
2. Do not shake hands with or hug people; Best is "Namaste"🙏🙏
3. Maintain six feet distance between yourself and others as much as possible.
4. Do not go unless its a must. Stay away from crowds. OK to miss Church/Temple

5. If needed Tylenol ( Also known as Acetaminophen= Paracetamol) is better than Ibuprofen (also known as Advil, Brufen)
6. Drink enough water.
7. Continue to exercise
8. You can take Vitamin C tablet (in moderation, of course). Even better, eat fruits. Most fruits (specially citrus) have enough Vitamin C.
