The Embodied Man - Mens Circle

The Embodied Man is a bi-weekly circle devoted to teaching somatic practices for nervous system regulation, honest conversation, and grounded brotherhood. Through qi-gong, breathwork, and sound meditation, we learn how to steady ourselves in the face of life’s pressure rather than suppress what we feel. Through heart centered sharing we create a clearer path toward emotional honesty and personal accountability.

This is a place to speak openly about relationships, spirituality, purpose, work, and the realities of being a man today. We share what is real. We practice healthy rituals. We set clear intentions. We build strength from the inside out.

If you are ready to lead your life from embodiment instead of reaction, learn and hone tools for personal growth and greater vitality, and step into a life that feels more balanced and whole, please join us every other week in The Embodied Man.

Brian and Kelly at Studio Sacred this Friday, March 6 at 7 PM for Journey Within, a sound bath created to help the body settle and the mind soften after a full week.

We begin with gentle movement and breath, allowing the body to unwind and arrive more fully in the space. From there, you are guided into a liminal state where sound begins to move through the room.

Gongs and bowls create waves of vibration that help clear stagnant energy, bring the body back into harmony, and open space for a deeper inward experience.

Some people drift into deep rest. Some feel energy moving through the body. Others simply enjoy the quiet that emerges when the nervous system settles.

However the experience unfolds, the invitation is simple. Lie down, receive the sound, and journey within.
