My patient is looking amazing 8 months after breast implant exchange and breast lift!

Her original augmentation was performed 30+ years ago by another surgeon. After discovering an implant ruptured, she presented to me for implant exchange and a lift. I placed 230cc silicone implants under the muscle, restoring her shape and symmetry with a beautiful and natural result!✨
