How is your relationship with food?!
Maybe that sounds like a silly question, but for me, it was awful!
I hated grocery shopping. I hated thinking about what to eat or not eat.
I would go times where I would just eat everything because I didnโt even want to go there with ingredients and food labels and prep and blah blah blah. Anyone else?! ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
I would go weeks where I would just eat bars and slim fast shakes.
I did alllll the โdietsโ....... low carb, medifast, diet pills, south beach, etc etc etc.
But, I realized I love food too much to completely cut out food groups.
If I wasnโt able to do it more than a few weeks (uh em...all of these) I would feel like a major failure and swing completely all the way the other direction. Which landed me smack dab at rock bottom.... only place to go was up, right?!
I had an amazing team of support and tons of people telling me all the tips and tricks-what to eat, how much, strategies for on the go, restaurants, weddings, birthdays, etc. But, I never got it all in one place like this newest program we have!!! Holy smokes you guys, this is a game changer-for life!
The food you eat will absolutely change you-inside and out. But itโs pointless if you never ever get to eat anything fun ever again, right?! Or have to do some crazy science lab acrobats to trick your body into losing weight. ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ซ
