As those of you who remember from our coverage of the early Covid days, we referenced Dr Chris Martensen of Peak Prosperity (PHD/research doctor, not MD/medical doctor) a few times for his outstanding breakdowns of peer reviewed and other research studies trying to get a handle on Covid and how we all should respond. He accurately predicted lockdowns, mask mandates, vitamin d, hcq, and many other things back in February and March. Not because he's some psychic but because he follows the data.

He also has changed his opinion on key details as new data has come out and been validated. This is key in dealing with any crisis. Without being able to adapt to new data, we will be essentially like a vehicle unable to steer. I think that's a decent analogy for the course we may be currently on.

Anyways I hope this video helps, and as always we will continue to bring you all major updates as they become available but since early summer many of us have felt that the Covid threat has greatly diminished and the greater threat is crime/unrest, potential food shortages, and other less obvious threats. More posts to come soon, hopefully, on how to deal with those threats.

Stay safe friends, and God bless!

"Not only were no deaths reported, but also the number of new COVID-19 positive cases plunged to 44, one of the lowest numbers since the county began releasing figures this spring.

Further, the number of cases currently hospitalized with the coronavirus is at 193, with 56 cases in intensive care units, both low sums."

Statistics on the coronavirus pandemic are sinking to historic lows, according to today’s (Monday) report from the Orange County Health Care Agency. Not only were no deaths reported, but also the n…

"Under the new guidance, move theaters, restaurants and places of worship can begin operating indoors with modifications and a capacity of 25% or 100 people, whichever is less.

Shopping centers and retail stores can reopen, though capacity must be limited to 50% and common areas in malls must remain closed. Hair salons and personal care services can reopen indoors with modifications, and gyms and fitness facilities can reopen indoors with modifications and capacity limited to 10%."

Orange County Tuesday moved from the state's purple to red tier, allowing many businesses and churches to reopen at a reduced capacity.

“We’ve been using one type of data for everything, and that is just plus or minus — that’s all,” Dr. Mina said. “We’re using that for clinical diagnostics, for public health, for policy decision-making.”

But yes-no isn’t good enough, he added. It’s the amount of virus that should dictate the infected patient’s next steps. “It’s really irresponsible, I think, to forgo the recognition that this is a quantitative issue,” Dr. Mina said.

The usual diagnostic tests may simply be too sensitive and too slow to contain the spread of the virus.

“For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death,” the report said.

Respiratory conditions such as influenza and pneumonia, respiratory failure and respiratory arrest, as well as circulatory conditions such as hypertensive diseases, cardiac arrest and heart failure are on the list.

Other conditions included sepsis, diabetes, renal failure and Alzheimer’s disease.

The counts are based on death certificates, which the agency called “the most reliable source of data.”

However, the provisional data is not yet complete, the counts are not final, and they should not be compared across states, the agency warned."

Ninety-four percent of Americans who died from COVID-19 had other “types of health conditions and contributing causes” in addition to the virus, according to a new CDC report. Using provisional dat…

Step by step we start to see a world returning to some semblance of normal. There are still compromises we have to make for the good of all: masks, distancing, hand washing, etc but this is still forward motion.

Gov. Newsom announces new coronavirus reopening guidelines that use a tiering system. OC is on Tier One, essentially putting it back on the state watchlist.

Parks in Florida got the green light to reopen with new safety guidelines months ago and have been operating ever since. Online reservations, social distancing, and masks are some of the new requirements at Florida theme parks.

New studies continue in find that low dose HCQ is an effective treatment. In a solid medical study out of Belgium the results show 30% or more reduction in death rate. Key take aways: much lower doses than the toxic ones tried by some researchers, early intervention (don't wait until ICU), etc.

This is not a political statement, but a scientific/medical one and this opinion is not our own but sharing the opinion of others. Nothing in here should be considered medical advice.
