I’m excited to offer a Beginner Yin Yoga Series!
Join me for a Yin Yoga session designed to help you slow down, release tension, improve flexibility and restore balance.
This series will focus on floor-based postures, held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues and encourage mindful breathing. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking relaxation and stress relief.
6-week Session, Wednesdays at 9 am beginning November 19th.
