A priority chart is a simple visual tool used to organize tasks, problems, or goals based on importance and urgency. It helps people decide what to focus on first, what can wait, and what may not need attention at all.

Priority charts can help people:
🧠 Reduce overwhelm
πŸ“‹ Improve organization
⏱ Manage time more effectively
πŸ’ Increase decision-making skills
πŸ’› Focus energy on meaningful tasks

They are especially helpful in mental health interventions because they can support:
-executive functioning
-stress management
-planning and sequencing skills
