My name is Kassie, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 14 years, 6 of which have been here in the State of Alabama. I specialize in therapeutic massage customized to you and your needs. With a focus on active clients who want to reduce pain, speed up recovery, or even those who just want to relax, my technique is a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy. I believe that “every body” is different, which is why each session is intuitively designed to meet every individual client's needs and preferences. My goal is to help people feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally, through effective therapeutic bodywork and massage.

Hello everyone!

⭐️ Unfortunately I have a little bit of bad news. Due to a recent increase in no-call/no-shows and same day cancellations, it will be necessary for me to enforce my 24 hour cancellation policy. This means if you no-show, you will be charged 50%, and if you same day cancel, you will be charged $25. If you have multiple no-shows, you will no longer be allowed to book without prepaying. ⭐️

Obviously there will be some wiggle room for emergencies, but please understand that I often have a wait list, and not showing up to your appointment costs a lot of time and money.

Our AB class is just getting started good. Come and join. Tuesday nights 5:30pm and Saturdays 9am and 1pm. Members are free and non member s pay $20/month just for class. Come and join
