My name is Kassie, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 14 years, 6 of which have been here in the State of Alabama. With a focus on active clients who want to reduce pain, speed up recovery, or even those who just want to relax, my technique is a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Hello everyone!

⭐️ Unfortunately I have a little bit of bad news. Due to a recent increase in no-call/no-shows and same day cancellations, it will be necessary for me to enforce my 24 hour cancellation policy. This means if you no-show, you will be charged 50%, and if you same day cancel, you will be charged $25. If you have multiple no-shows, you will no longer be allowed to book without prepaying. ⭐️

Obviously there will be some wiggle room for emergencies, but please understand that I often have a wait list, and not showing up to your appointment costs a lot of time and money.
