ATTENTION!!!!

This is just a reminder to make sure to get your refills of medications on time.

This is an open compliance gap through insurance.
To close it, you will need to pick up the medication.

If you are not taking it anymore, please call the pharmacy and tell them to DC it and then let us know as well so we can take it out of your chart.

The open gaps do mark you as non complaint and put a bad mark towards Dr. King.

Dr. King has to have certain things completed each quarter with your insurance to be able to stay in network.
