This page was developed to fight the stigma that comes along with mental health (depression, anxiety, etc) in today's society.Seeking help and making oneself vulnerable is one of the most courageous things a person, couple, or family can do. While I have had experiences with all populations from individuals, couples, families, depression and anxiety, I also specialize in eating disorders, working with troubled adolescents and their families, addiction, and working with children and teens with problem sexual behaviors (ie. teens who have offended on others or who have exhibited irregular sexual behaviors). I offer free 10-15 minute phone consultations to assist you in finding the appropriate fit in taking your next steps to healing.
