🚨 Updated cancellation policy. Rough draft will be below and I will get the official one out when it is done.
3 or more changes to appointments a year/ 2 no call no shows I will no longer to be able to accept you as a client.
Change within 24 hours is 25% charge of service.
No call no show is 50% of service.
Yes this means like most spaces a card will have to be on hold while booking appointment via site.
Thank you so much for your understanding, this accounts for holding the space where others can’t book and my time set aside specially for you.
