Soul to Sole Pedicure

Soul to Sole pedicure is a full service pedicure that incorporates Reiki energy healing. Mindfully transforming a routine foot care service into a deeply grounding and rejuvenating practice.
A cleanse and time to set an intention for the service. Soak in Reiki charged Himalayan salt, essential oil and dried lavender, chamomile and rose petals.
Receive reiki prior to the start of nail care while soaking your feet.
Soul to sole also includes Toe nail trim/shape, invigorating foot scrub, a foot massage where Reiki is integrated and a warm towel wrap for optimal relaxation.
You may choose to apply a a crystal charged nail polish, regular polish or gel polish.
Sole Elements Pedicure (basic pedicure)

Inspired by the natural elements, the Sole Elements Pedicure is a journey for your feet that restores balance, clarity and softness. Each step honors a different element.
Toe nail trim/shape.
Water: Soak your feet in a warm foot soak to help soften the feet and promote a sense of calm.
Air: Foot scrub, representing the airs ability to refresh and renew. Removing what no longers serves you leaving the feet feeling energized.
Earth: Clay mask for the feet to ground and purify. Leaving feet soft and refreshed.
Fire: A foot massage to release tension and ignite relaxtion.
Followed by a warm towel wrap for your feet, your choice of crystal charged nail polish, regular polish or gel polish!
