We are incredibly proud to announce that Pamela Maynard, a Certified Nurses Aide who has worked with us for over 3 years has been named our 2025 Employee of the Year! Chosen from among our twelve outstanding monthly award recipients, Pam truly stands out as an exceptional member of our team.

Pam embodies everything this recognition represents. She is energetic, bubbly, and genuinely caring, bringing warmth and positivity to our residents every single day. Whether she is passing meal trays with enthusiasm or quickly heading to the kitchen to fulfill a special request, Pam does it all with a smile — never missing a beat and never offering a complaint.

She cheerfully assists with escorting residents throughout the building, to activities, appointments, or wherever they need to go. No matter the task, Pam approaches it with dedication, compassion, and an unmatched work ethic.

🌟 January 2026 Employee of the Month 🌟

We are proud to recognize Jackie Rivera as our January 2026 Employee of the Month!

Jackie is a Certified Nurses Aide who was worked for us for almost 2 years. She brings incredible energy to our team each day. With her infectious smile and calm, steady demeanor, she has a special way of keeping her residents smiling, comfortable, and uplifted. She is the kind of team member who sees what needs to be done — and has it completed before anyone even has to ask.

Going above and beyond is simply part of who Jackie is. In addition to providing exceptional care, she generously assists Spanish-speaking staff and residents by helping translate to English whenever needed. She doesn’t wait to be asked — she happily steps in to support others, always with warmth and professionalism.

We are truly grateful to have such a kind, dependable, and dedicated CNA as part of our Wachusett Rehab & Nursing Center family.

🏈🎉 What a Great Time at Our Super Bowl Watch Party! 🎉🏈

Sunday at Wachusett Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, our residents gathered together for an exciting Super Bowl Watch Party — and what a fun time it was! 💙

From delicious snacks and festive decorations to cheering on favorite teams and enjoying great company, laughter filled the room as everyone watched the game together. 🥳🍿

Whether tossing around friendly predictions, reminiscing about classic plays, or just enjoying each other’s company, the spirit of togetherness made the day extra special.

A huge THANK YOU to our wonderful staff for helping make the event so enjoyable and to our residents for bringing all the energy and smiles. Moments like these remind us that community, connection, and joy are what make Wachusett RNC such a special place. 💛
