Today, Sam walked out our doors and headed home surrounded by the love of his family. While we’re incredibly proud of all the progress he’s made, we’re also feeling a little bittersweet. Sam will truly be missed by everyone here. We’ll especially miss his sense of humor. He kept us laughing every day, and no one delivered a perfectly timed joke quite like Sam. Please join us in wishing Sam all the best on his continued journey forward. We’re cheering you on, Sam!

🌟Celebrating Vince 🌟

We celebrated Vince’s graduation with many happy tears. From the moment he arrived, Vince filled Meadowbrook with laughter, faith, and encouragement. Even in the most challenging time of his own life, his wonderful sense of humor and positive spirit inspired everyone around him.
Vince played an essential role in starting our spirituality group, creating a space for hope and connection that will continue to bless others long after his time here.
We are grateful to have been part of his journey and to witness the incredible support of his family.
Congratulations Vince, your strength and spirit will always be a part of the Meadowbrook family!

Xavier worked and fought hard during the initial part of his recovery journey. He always had a positive attitude and tremendous family support. He worked his way into many peoples hearts. It was a bittersweet moment to watch him leave, but we were glad to see him move on to the next phase of his journey! With the love and support of his family, we have no doubt he will be successful in achieving all his goals!
