This week, we officially launched our Leadership Lab with our Program Directors—a 20-week journey focused on developing the next level of leadership across our organization, fully aligned with our brand and mission.

This is a historic moment for GAAMHA.

It represents one of the most significant investments we’ve ever made in our workforce—and a clear statement about who we are and where we’re going. Because when we invest in our people, we strengthen our programs, our impact, and the communities we serve.

As a nonprofit, we don’t believe in standing still. We believe in evolving, innovating, and consistently redefining what community support looks like. This Leadership Lab is a reflection of that commitment—and a signal to our field that investing in people is not optional, it’s essential.

This isn’t just training—it’s alignment.

Due to the incoming winter storm and in the interest of safety for the individuals we serve and our staff, GAAMHA Day Programs in Gardner, Orange, and Leominster will be closed tomorrow.

This closure also includes Administrative Offices at GAAMHA Headquarters.

We encourage everyone to stay safe, avoid unnecessary travel, and monitor local weather updates. We will provide additional communication if there are any further changes.
