At GAAMHA, we believe the strongest organizations are built from within.

This week, we officially launched our Leadership Lab with our Program Directors—a 20-week journey focused on developing the next level of leadership across our organization, fully aligned with our brand and mission.

This is a historic moment for GAAMHA.

It represents one of the most significant investments we’ve ever made in our workforce—and a clear statement about who we are and where we’re going. Because when we invest in our people, we strengthen our programs, our impact, and the communities we serve.

As a nonprofit, we don’t believe in standing still. We believe in evolving, innovating, and consistently redefining what community support looks like. This Leadership Lab is a reflection of that commitment—and a signal to our field that investing in people is not optional, it’s essential.

This isn’t just training—it’s alignment.

Over the next 20 weeks, participants will engage deeply in core leadership disciplines including:
• Change
• Selection, evaluation, and compensation
• Motivation and delegation
• Planning and the management process
• Communication and learning
• Training and control
• Problem solving and decision making
• Leadership in action

It begins with orientation and brand alignment—because strong leadership starts with clarity of purpose and shared direction.
