Imagine Dental is truly the best dental office I’ve ever been to. From the very first phone call to checkout, their customer service is top tier. The front desk staff is phenomenal , they work hard to get you scheduled quickly and make the entire process seamless.
I really appreciate that their treatment plans are fair and honest. They don’t over treat or push unnecessary procedures when improving your home routine is the better solution. That level of integrity is rare and refreshing.
Recently, Dr. Dorau and his assistant, Avi, provided same-day treatment for a broken filling that had originally been done at a different office. They made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the procedure, and everything went smoothly.
I also had to bring my 2 year old son to the appointment because I didn’t have childcare. While that’s never ideal during a treatment visit, the entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Team members I hadn’t even met before walked him around, got him a toy, and reassured me that it was absolutely no problem. That kindness meant so much to me.
