What a magical event yesterday!! ✨
The first Carson Valley Holistic Health Fair is in the books! 🤩

I met so many amazing people sharing their stories and looking for hope. And myself and so many other talented practitioners offering their help. What a beautiful happening! 💖

Today is World Meditation Day as well as Winter Solstice. 🧘🏼‍♂️

If you don't already meditate, this simple practice below is a nice way to pause and give yourself some grace.

Meditation is basically a daily practice of doing just that. Taking a little time to sit with just yourself and showing yourself some love. 💖

Are you afraid of getting a massage? 😱

I know that sounds crazy, but there are many people who won’t get massage because of various fears.

Much of it is just not knowing what exactly will happen, and I’m happy to talk with anyone about that. 🤩

Another common reason is not wanting to undress. This can be for various reasons:

* Mobility issues make dressing and un******ng challenging
* Body image issues cause many people to be self-conscious
* Issues with allergies or sensitivities to massage lotions or oils

At my massage and movement studio I happily offer full-body bodywork sessions and fabulous foot massages 👣 where no un******ng is needed. 🙌

My bodywork is relaxing, and effective at reducing pain and improving mobility. Just like my therapeutic massage sessions. 💆

I also offer movement classes, workshops, and one-on-one movement improvement sessions. 🤸
