Our residents gathered together to cheer, laugh, and enjoy the big game — and of course it wouldn’t be complete without a warm bowl of delicious homemade chili prepared by our amazing dining team! 🌶️🍲 The room is full of team spirit as everyone is rooting for their favorite team.

We love moments like these that bring everyone together like family ❤️

We are thrilled to have Niko join our community and are excited about the passion, creativity, and fresh ideas he brings with him. We look forward to seeing the new experiences and innovative programming he will introduce as he helps enrich the lives of our residents.

Here is a short bio to help you get to know Niko:

I was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, California, I grew up a true mountain kid—spending my days outdoors, whether it was swimming in the lake, hiking through the pines, or skiing during the winter months. My love for the mountains led me into professional skiing, a path I followed for six years as a teenager before moving to Los Angeles to pursue higher education.
In LA, I earned an Associate of Science in Music Production and Audio Engineering, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Shortly after graduating, I was signed to two record labels, which led me on four national tours across the United States. I’m now focused on expanding my reach with plans for my first European tour.
Before joining the Chateau, I worked with the Boys and Girls Club of Western Nevada, where I found great purpose in mentoring and inspiring young people. I look forward to bringing light, positivity, and creative energy to this amazing community.

Our residents enjoyed a beautiful day of horse therapy at The Memory Café, made possible by our wonderful friends at Kids and Horses. These meaningful activities are designed to support and engage individuals living with dementia, and the joy on everyone’s faces said it all. We truly had a wonderful time and are so grateful for this special experience! 💙
