We are happy to announce our Yoga Class every Wednesday with Taylor Brandon! 🧘‍♀️

Taylor is a fifth-generation Nevadan raising her three children in the beautiful Carson Valley. She is a yoga and dance instructor, a certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner with the Vibrational Sound Association, and an intuitive energy worker with a background in somatic and polarity therapy.

In her yoga classes, Taylor draws from her extensive experience teaching thousands of hours of yoga and dance to hundreds of students over the past 18 years. Combined with a strong foundation of education and training from world-renowned yoga teachers, Taylor has become a sought-after instructor in the Carson Valley.

All of her classes are suitable for all levels of experience and ability. Taylor approaches teaching with a “read the room” mindset, allowing the flow of the class to adapt to what participants need most in the present moment.

Our Connections and AL residents enjoyed a wonderful lunch outing at JT Basque!
We had a great time together, shared lots of smiles, and enjoyed some delicious food. It was a perfect opportunity to connect, relax, and make special memories as a community.

We celebrated Mardi Gras with a joyful parade filled with music, beads, laughter, and tradition! Our community came alive as residents and team members enjoyed the festive spirit and the rich culture behind this beloved holiday. Thank You Gentiva Hospice CompassionCare Hospice Senior Helpers for coming to party with us!

Mardi Gras, which means “Fat Tuesday” in French, is a celebration that dates back centuries and is most famously associated with New Orleans. It’s a time of parades, music, colorful costumes, and coming together before the season of Lent begins.

Moments like these, full of connection, joy, and celebration, are what make our community so special. 🎺🎭✨

Love was in the air at our Valentine’s Dance! ❤️

We rolled out the red carpet for a beautiful afternoon filled with music, laughter, and celebration. Residents, families, and team members enjoyed dancing, singing, and sharing in the spirit of love together.

A special thank you to Gentiva for providing a wonderful appetizer spread that everyone loved, and to John Palmore for the fantastic music that kept everyone on their feet. We were also honored to welcome a special guest from KTVN Channel 2 News who joined us to capture the joy of the day.

Events like these remind us how special our community truly is ✨ a place where friendships grow, memories are made, and love is celebrated every day. 💕
