⚠️ YOU NEED TO SEE THIS… What I’m about to show you is insane. THIS IS SCARY !!!

A customer came into my store with a bottle of Methylene Blue he bought on Amazon… and what we discovered should honestly scare anyone who buys supplements online.

We dug into the company behind it .. and the deeper we looked, the crazier it got:
• Fake lab tests
• Fake websites
• Fake companies supposedly doing the “testing”• Every part of their COA trail was completely fabricated… and it’s all sitting right there in plain sight if you know where to look.

Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

I’ve said this for years: 80% of supplements sold online are trash — not because the ingredients are bad, but because they’re low-grade or straight-up counterfeit. The GOOD stuff works. The problem is most people never get the good stuff.

I watched the exact same thing happen when CBD first blew up. People were buying h**p seed oil or cheap isolate that did nothing. So they assumed CBD was a hoax — meanwhile, legit brands like Charlotte’s Web were changing people’s lives.Most folks never got to feel the real thing… and they still don’t know why.

Customer picked up this stack and we threw in a FREE training plan + Meal plan. He has the entire blueprint now!

Major mistakes I see people making is drinking Protein post-workout but no carbs with it.

If you don’t replace the glycogen you lost post workout your cortisol levels stay high .. and you stay in a catabolic state. You need to switch that to an anabolic state. Also, your body could use that protein to turn it into sugar to replace the lost glycogen (this is called gluconeogenesis). Insulin released from carbs is extremely anabolic. It’s one of the most anabolic hormones in your body…. UTILIZE IT !! Especially at certain times of the day. Every single time you intake protein you NEED carbs with it if you are trying to grow.

There is so much more to this but I can’t fit all of it in one post. Long story short …. Never have a protein only meal or shake when trying to grow … that’s what you do when you are trying to LOSE weight. Because protein increases your metabolism , and you are not intaking any fuel with that protein.

The powder just sits there in water like wet sand. Doesn’t mix, doesn’t dissolve — and that’s a huge red flag. ❌

If your creatine doesn’t dissolve in water that’s a clear sign of poor particle size and purity, which directly impacts absorption and effectiveness.
