Twin flames enter our life unexpectedly.

We do have more than oneSoulmate, But not all are the same.
Many times they enter in our life for a brief time to help us learn something about ourselves. This is to fulfill our destiny and grow spiritually.

With so many different Soulmates that enter in one’s lifetime, there’s always a divine purpose and why they met. But only one twin flame.

Dating is never easy and meeting so many different people can be confusing. Always wondering if my Soulmate or Twin flame? Only to learn that they are the wrong person, helping you pass a test to learn a valuable lesson in your life.

I’m asked all the time about “how to speed the process up to find your true soulmate or how to tell if this is your twin flame?” Or just find somebody that can’t fill that empty feeling of loneliness.

Commonly, you can be involved in a committed relationship and you suddenly find your Soulmate or Twin flame on some type of social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and more).
It will cause confusion and now your life has taken different turns in so many different directions. Opening your eyes to see more clearly about your life choices, making you see that this committed relationship was not truly committed. Making you realize where you are in life and what changes you need to make for your future.

The problem was not because you went looking for your Soulmate but because they were sent to you to help you discover deeper things about yourself and the choices you need to make for your future.

Many would think that this is at the wrong time that your Twin flame has entered in your life.
But actually it was all in divine timing. You never went looking but found, without realizing that they were your Twin flame.

When Twin flames aren’t ready?
This is often called the runner and chaser stages. This is when letting go and releasing any type of toxic and negative energy out of your life. You’re not completely ready, you are scared. Then they are not available or ready, just yet because of their own emotional issues.

There is a lot of pain and heartache when the two cannot be together. Asking yourself questions on why your twin flame entered your life? but cannot be a part of your life?

You may have tried moving on finding another but always finding yourself back with them sooner or later.

The runner and chaser stages, The cycle goes around in circles.

Many times they are a type of soulmate that can get us through these challenges.

Spiritual awakening is when we are discovering about ourselves. That’s when we can see that we are really living and we can open ourselves to what is truly in our life.

Many times we grow out of something of a situation that we thought was going to last forever. You have to really examine and look for the truth that can’t be denied.

You meet your twin flame and everything seems perfect. But then you realize that you may have gone through your awakening before your Twin did. Trying to understand why you met this person when you were not ready for your soulmate and now they are not awake.

The best thing to do is not stress and be hard on yourself. It is not time yet for either of you to come together, but it is time for you to work on yourself.

Many times you can’t control a situation this is when you need to allow GOD to take over.
He will help get through these challenges. Start focusing on you, release and let go of what no longer serves you. Try with small things first. You’ll find out how healing it is for yourself. Then you’ll be ready to let go of bigger things.

This means releasing fear-based energies and the stress created by needing to control things, wanting to determine the outcomes of situations, or expecting others to act in a particular way. Remember you are in control.

During the Twin flames Runner and Chaser stages with soul mates and twin flames. There is a period of separation that is painful.

This is the time when both twins need to experience a deep emotional detachment in order to heal. It feels as if a part of you has been completely ripped out and can never be replaced.

But this is not what is happening, this is a process to release energies from the old you in order to emerge as “one” with your twin.

When twin flames first meet, they see the windows of their own soul in each other‘s eyes. This is a very intense magical moment.

They both feel a magnetic pull that is trying to bring them together, while one twin may run because of that fear-based energy that they are caring for and need to release and heal from it.

The Chaser is left feeling emotionally withdrawn as if they had done something but it had nothing to do with them.

The Runner and chaser phase, one twin will run from something deep inside themselves. They are not their authentic self and do not understand or know how to handle it.

There are many different stages with the Soulmate Twin flame connection process.

They both are trying to understand and balance in order to come to an alignment and to be in a higher frequency of 5D.

Forgiving is also extremely important for healing. Many times you are holding onto an excess baggage that represents a lot of your base energies from you as a child, and holding onto it prevents you from shining your true light.

Lifting your vibration and keeping it into a higher level with love will accelerate the process of bringing love and blessings into your life.

Tips on raising the healing process with your inner child.
Be around bright beautiful colors. Colors attract energy and the colors that you may be trying currently may not be exactly what will bring out your inner child.
Try to stick to the fun bright colors like from crayon boxes.
Better yet, grab a box of Crayola and start coloring!

COMMUNICATE AND RELEASE
Right down everything you feel about your twin and the energies he or she would like to change between you both.
Many times, you may feel anger, that’s OK, it’s all about releasing and letting go in order to heal and find your inner child.
EXPLORING YOUR PHOTO ALBUM
When we look at old photos, it brings back many different memories, some good and bad, but this is a time to let go and be reminded of the times that you were once a child and the feeling that you had while being a child.
Looking at your younger self will help you realize how much you’ve grown and how much she forgot about your true identity.
DOING THINGS THAT YOU LOVE.
This is a time to shine and sometimes we don’t want to show that side of ourselves but you know what I’m talking about!
Even going to the playground or having fun with kids can actually bring out the inner child in you.
Think of yourself as a child and the kids are the friends that you’re playing with. You will be surprised at how much fun you all can have together. Remember, you were once a child at one time!
STAY POSITIVE IN THE MORNING WITH AFFIRMATIONS.
As many of you know, I’m very big with saying affirmations in the morning to myself in the mirror.
I like to start off with prayer, meditate and say positive affirmations like these:I love you and forgive youI need you and will never leave youI know you have it in you.
You are beautiful and amazingYou can accomplish so much!
You can do this because you have so much light in you
And there are many others… This is just a little example of what I use. Also visualize these words.
Think of beautiful scenic areas or grab a book or go to a site with beautiful landscape pictures.
Whatever you do, remember that this is a journey that you are on with your twin. You both are reciprocating the energies back-and-forth to each other.
When you feel good and uplifting, they will feel it as well.
The key here is to raise your vibration and send the light through your inner child.
