Part 4 of: “You’re so lucky your mom is a PT!”

She’s baaacckkk!!! Got my oldest in to the new space for a little strength & conditioning circuit.
It was pre-teen strength + agility, full-on sass, and a soundtrack that slaps (yes, we were definitely listening to the Wicked: For Good soundtrack at one point 🎵).

Count to 6, 7? Immediate giggles, dramatic stops, repeat 😂 Here’s to that softball season prep. 🥎🔥💪🏻
