A Quick Reminder About Booking & Cancellations
At Alossi Renewal Spa, we are a small, locally owned business. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside just for you and your therapist. If an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, we aren’t able to refill that time, and our staff still needs to be paid.
To help us stay open and continue caring for our clients, we require a credit card to secure all appointments — no exceptions.
A reminder of how it works:
• A valid credit card is required to book every appointment, whether online or over the phone
• This is required even if you plan to pay with a gift card
• Your card will not be charged at the time of booking
• The card is only charged if there is a no-show or a late cancellation
A late cancellation means canceling or rescheduling after 5:00 PM the day before your appointment.
We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our therapists’ time. These policies allow us to remain staffed, sustainable, and available to our community as a place of rest and renewal for mind and body.
