I’m sorry, but I cannot take away your stress... 

But I *can* help you handle it way better. 

Look, motherhood is sTreSsFuL. It’s demanding, and naturally about giving.  

But we can’t let all that get to the point where we are literally EMPTY. 

Because that’s when everything feels harder. 

That’s when we get stuck.

My teenage years were ruled by diet culture. 😒 

Weight Watchers (and quick weight loss everyone praised without knowing it was actually from severe food restriction), low calorie diets, meal replacement shakes, so many “cleanses”... 

And all the while, wondering why it was SO MUCH HARDER for me to lose weight and keep it off than it seemed for everyone else. 

I thought I was just born with a sluggish metabolism. 

Little did I know, I was f*cking my metabolism up and FORCING it to slow down to protect me. 😬 

No one made the connection to my chronic under-eating and pushing my body beyond its limits and my painful periods, irregular and really long cycles, panic attacks, and intense fatigue!  

And that’s taken me years to heal from (and honestly, the demands of two pregnancies and more life stress in the last few years have added extra challenges I’ve had to navigate).  

But the one tool I have now that I didn’t have before is mineral testing through HTMA. 📊

And I know societal conditioning is so deeply engrained in our brains…  

And diet culture, the pressure to bounce back, the social media facade, and the broken systems we live within all play big roles here, too. 

But all I’m saying is that your felt experience in your OWN body matters more than what anyone else thinks.  

You deserve to feel good, to be well, and to do whatever’s necessary to get there. For your family *and* for yourself.

We can break the cycle of exhausted, burnt out motherhood— a huge shift that simply starts with more moms making just one small decision.
