Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Prime Therapeutics recently mailed letters in error stating that AuBurn Pharmacy will be out of network in 2026. This is incorrect.

We want to reassure our patients that AuBurn Pharmacy will remain in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and other Prime Therapeutics–administered plans.

BCBS will be sending a correction notice to affected members soon, but we wanted to clarify immediately so you can have peace of mind about your continued access to care.

When asked what made her want to become a pharmacist in the first place, Mandy responded “I started working in a pharmacy when I was 16... I’ve always loved the atmosphere and being a central, accessible part of the medical community.” 💙
