Just my favorite dog reminding you to think about…

The improvements we make to sell the house…
The fresh haircut we get before the reunion…
The pretty glasses we take out to offer our dinner guest a drink…
We deserve to do those things for ourselves to enjoy ❤️, and it’s always after we do them that we find ourselves asking “Gee, why didn’t I do that sooner? Just for me?” 🤔

So, yeah, if yoga is one of those things that you find yourself doing and then thinking:
“oh yeah, I feel really good when I do that. What didn’t I do that for myself sooner? More often?…”
This is your encouragement.
Your reminder.
Your permission if you need it.
Do it for yourself. ❤️

5:30pm Vinyasa Flow is a strong, heat building class for yogis with some experience that like a challenge.
