I started the journey back to good health about 4 years ago when I joined a gym and paid for a personal trainer. I learned so much about myself and how much easier a challenge can be when you ask for help rather than try to navigate alone. My goals not changed, but my personal life has, and that brought even more challenges. This is a record of my journey, but also a place I hope I can help others in their journey. I am not a typical coach, and certainly haven't reach my goals yet, but I hope that you will enjoy the journey with me. My morning lineup. Today I'm trying the new Vegan Cafe Latte shakeology flavor for the first time. I was for real reticent to try any of the vegan flavors b/c in my Hashimoto's world vegan usually means soy. Soy is not a good product for me and my thyroid issues. Thankfully my sister schooled me on the ingredients of these years ago - no soy! Yay!

Even Hubby likes the vegan over the regular. Although he won't be trying Cafe Latte anytime soon since he's a no coffee guy.

This tastes like coffee ice cream to me - which I love - and makes me think about making popsicles with this flavor. Thanks to my sister for the sample!
